Number of free users who can use collector app with Portal for ArcGIS Server

I am familiar with using Collector for ArcGIS using ArcGIS Online, which allows 5 free users to use the collector app. In case we are using Collector for ArcGIS with Portal for ArcGIS Server, how many users (data collectors) can use the application? Is the number unlimited?

Any help is appreciated

Advanced Enterprise is a 50 named user entitlement

Standard Enterprise is a 5 named user entitlement
