I have a survey with 1,260 respondents on perceptions of corruption in Tanzania, conducted 4 times over a ten year period which I have geocoded to village level (42 villages overall) with a different layer for each year, with percentage responses to a number of questions in table associated with location. I have also geocoded the locations of aid projects over the same time period into 4 different layers to match the 4 layers of survey data. I would like to find the effect of spatial proximity to these aid projects to answers to survey questions and would appreciate help on the most appropriate too to do this with in ArcGIS.
