What is the option of finding the date when a webservice was published? and perhaps by whom

Hi Joseph,

When you check the details of a web service, you can view the name of the publisher and the date it was published/last republished.

I need info on the webservice eg http://basemap.nationalmap.gov/arcgis/rest/services/USGSImageryTopo/MapServer
