The “high/low clustering (getis-ord general g) (spatial statistics)” tool fails to be added to a geoprocessing model,

I couldn’t figure out why the The “high/low clustering (getis-ord general g) (spatial statistics)” tool fails to be added to a geoprocessing model.

However, the “hot spot analysis (getis-ord gi*) (spatial statistics)” is easily added to the a geoprocessing model

What might be the issue here?

Thank you
