I have an AGOL web map which contains layers linking to map services hosted on my GIS server (no data is hosted in AGOL). These services were created from feature classes from the same file geodatabase. I have configured popups on three layers and popups work on two of the layers but not on the other one. This is consistent in both maps I have made. When I click on the parcels file, it says "no information available," but on the other two the information displays just fine. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this, I would appreciate it.
