ESRI! I would love to see joins added

Pretty please, ESRI, could you add this feature? I do surveys with students all the time, and on the desktop I get them to join their field data to a shapefile with property outlines. We work on Macs, and normally use Parallels to run the software. But moving forward I want to use Online only.
