Hi All,

I am running into a problem and hoping that someone can help. I host a large amount of data and haven't noticed this problem until very recently.

Some of the layers i'm hosting contain an attribute field (either float or double) that has decimal values. lets say the values for different rows are 1 , 1.6, 1.9, 3.5, 4.1, and 5.2.

When you look at the values in the attribute table the values above are what is displayed. However, if you run a query and go to select by attribute, select the name of your decimal field, and get values, you are displayed with slightly different numbers. In this case, the numbers that are displayed are  1,  1.6000000000000001,  1.9000000000000001, 3.5,  4.0999999999999996, and  5.2000000000000002.

Is there some sort of default setting that is causing this to happen? any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Ben
