A tool that can create a number of random points inside given polygons,

I couldn’t figure out if there is a tool that can create a number of random points depending on the numbers stated in the attribute table of a polygon layer.

For example, in the screenshot below (the data is also attached), what is required is to create 5 random points for the indicated polygon such that the population field in these created points sums up to 213852 (and so forth for the other polygons).

Of course, I have a more complicated polygon layer than the given one for which I need to apply this part of the analysis.

Thank you

i don't understand why you would want to randomly assign population to the points so that they sum to what appears to be the existing population of the area you have highlighted. Wouldn't be better to subdivide the area using a Voronoi diagram and then apportion the population you have to the size that each voronoi cell represents relative to the size of the existing area. I just don't understand this random...random procedure that you are following. Perhaps you could elaborate on what you are trying to accomplish to see whether aportioning population randomly to random points makes any sense given that you most likely have some data on the existing population and its distribution with your subareas.
