Obstruction surface with Amendment 33 reqt

Hi! I'm currently working on a task of delineating the areas to be surveyed for Area 2 in relation to ICAO eTOD requirements. I tried to use the OIS Identification Tool in ArcGIS for Aviation: Airport toolbar but I noticed that the height of the generated TIN starts at 3m. I assume that the parameters of the tool are based on ICAO Annex 15 Amendment 36 since the hard edge also resembles the areas 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d. May I ask if there's a way to generate the surface based on Amendment 33 requirements only.

You are correct, they are based on the Amendment 36. While we do not have the other amendment available as a dropdown in the tool, you can modify the parameters to get the proper amendment 33. If you specify the Airport elevation as 0 and then if you go to the advanced tab, you can modify the primary surface parameters based on the amendment.
