Trouble Logging-In

I am part of the MOOC "The Location Advantage" and I am having trouble logging in to my geonet account. I originally got the message about my account not being enabled for Esri access, so I tried logging into my Esri account and not the location advantage one. It keeps saying "sign-in failed". I know that my log-in information is correct though, because I can sign into my personal Esri account on the general website just fine. Any suggestions?
