Length, width, and angle of rectangles

I have created some rectangles around polyline features using the buffer tool. Each of the rectangles have variable width (provided as an input) and variable length (this is the same as the polyline length). Is there any way I can determine the length, width, and angle (with respect to North-South axis) for these rectangular polygons? I tried looking at the calculate geometry option but they only provide ways to calculate the area, perimeter and coordinates for the midpoint. I know that I can get the length and width of these rectangles based on the length of each polyline and the width I provided as input. But, I need these attributes in a single table without having to process multiple input files. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
