I need to do some cleanup of my AGOL account. Is there an easy way to determine what web maps are using a hosted feature layer before I delete it?

One way you can do this is to use the ArcGIS Online Assistant. Under 'I want to', set this to 'Update the URLs of Services in a Web Map'. You can then click on a web map and it will list the services it is currently using.
