Public Sharing in AGOL?

Does anybody else have any issues with the sharing in AGOL? I have 2 apps that are set as PUBLIC and all the data attached to them are PUBLIC, and still when I send the link to someone else they are asked to log in...  Am I doing something wrong here???

Andreea,

Did you enable "Allow anonymous access to your organization's website."  In your organizational settings?

Also see on the bottom here where it says "Share public items when anonymous access is disabled"

Yes, anonymous access is enabled. and I am sharing the apps through their links. I am still getting redirected to the log in page.

Are you using a federated service for access? Active Directory? We do and at one point the "redirect URL" got messed up in the federated service file. Our network guy had to correct it.

Is there a related table?  Sometimes those can sneak in.
