Offline ArcGIS Online Web Maps in ArcGIS Runtime .net

Hi

When you create a Web Map in ArcGIS Online you can set the option to ‘Enable offline mode’.

I can load this web map into the application but how can you utilise the offline functionality in the ArcGIS Runtime 10.2.5 .net SDK framework?
