Panning events (via drag & drop) don't work properly if a heatmap is added to a map.
It starts panning, but then loses the drag operation for some reason and stops.
I've reproduced this behaviour on the sample map: FeatureLayer using Weighted HeatmapRenderer
I've tried setting pointer-events of that layer to none, but it doesn't help.
When I set display to none, so the heatmap is calculated, but not shown, there is no panning issue.
