Authorizing concurrent license

I am trying to authorize my license in the License Server Administrator. I got the message that the process was completed, however when I go to check availability, my license does not show up. Then I tried to deauthorize and I got a message that saying that there arent any licenses installed. Any thoughts on what should I do next?

Hi,

Did you mention the number of licenses while authorizing  in License Server Administrator? Try authorizing again using the offline mode (email to authorize@esri.com). Any issue?

Yup, I did mention the number of licenses. Apparently, something when wrong during the authorization process and my licences were blocked. So I contacted my local distributor to help me out and I got my licenses back. I did the same process and it worked this time.
