Connecting tiles together

Hey Everyone.

I am performing a global investigation of the ratio between Evapotranspiration and Potential evapotranspiration. The problem is that the datasets for both these are in smaller tiles. Therefore it would be great for me if there was a way to combine all the tiles into one big map (then I only have to use 1 raster calculator operation instead of several hundred).

How can this be done? I was trying to use the Mosaik (Data Management) but couldn't really get it to work. When I use the Add raster to Mosaic function, Arcmap says that the operation was succesfull but I cant see the actual image in the mosaic (only frames).

Does anyone know If I am using the right function (in order to combine datasets so that I can do map algebra on them all in one go) and in that case, what I am doing wrong? Or is there some other thing that I have to do in order to view the files that I add to the mosaic?

Thank you

Best regards

Ditlev Reventlow.
