I was doing some lecture in My training for ArcGis pro but was not able to load the program as shown . Can some one give I hint?

Simply go to ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS for Desktop and follow the download link.
Note that Pro requires authentication via AGOL (ArcGIS Online) and your organisation administrator will need to issue you a licence first.
