Where I can find the command "Options" that previous was in Spatial Analyst?

I have to confine an action in a part of my raster, but I don't find this tool. I remember that was in Spatial Analyst tool. Where I can find this now? thank you so much for the answer.

I actually had to open a tutorial of 9.3.1 to remember what the toolbar looked and what you can do with it.

So in 9.3.1 the toolbox had a lot more functionality:

While currently it looks like this:

The analysis are moved to the Spatial Analyst toolbox (all and more tools are available there). The options have been integrated in the Geoprocessing environments (Menu Geoprocessing, option Environments):
