problem about Geographically Weighted Rgression

Hi everyone,
I met a problem when conducting GWR with ArcGIS 9.3. I followed the steps of the tutorial but the soft returned me an error message "Error 999998 can't creat output raster". The specific problem is that it can not creat the raster file for the coefficients of the regression.
I am a new user of GWR with ArcGIS 9.3. Can anybody tell me the reason of my error and help me solve the problem.

I run the GWR successfully on another PC. This is vary strange

Have you checked that you have the proper write permissions set for the output folder? If so, try outputting the results to a different folder having a simple path name devoid of non-alphanumeric characters (e.g. try something like d:\tmp\output.img).
