Change Visibility of Labels on the mapscale

Hello,

         I want to display the labels but at a certain map scale . If the user changes the map scale then the labels should be be again invisible.

Eg :if (m_pMxdocument.ActiveView.FocusMap.MapScale <= 2000)
            
              then labels visible

    else
                  label invisible
