Hi all
I want to know about the licensing of arcgis 8portal. I have arcgis server advanced 10.2.2 and want to upgrade to 10.3 as i know that with 10.3 we get portal.
I want to know how can i get the license for the same. Do i need to deauthirize the 102.2 license or sone other way is there for the same. If some document is there please share.
