Hi, I'm using map.onExtentChange to re-render points on a Graphics layer. When I zoom - no problem. When I pan, the points on the Graphics layer remain stuck, relative to their screen position, rather than tracking their map position.
What doesn't make sense is the I clear the graphics layer and redraw it on the onExtentChange event, and the function that redraws is definitely aware of the changed extent.
Has anyone experienced this before and solved it or worked around it (V1.6)?
