I am adding maps to my arcgis online group (Penta GIS, if you want to see what I mean) and after creating the map I can only zoom in so far. I would like anyone using the online Map Viewer to be able to zoom in as close as they would like.

Hey Daniel,
the zooming depends on what basemap you use. In ArcGIS Online, sadly you can't dictated the zoom level.

Thank you. I will try using different basemaps and zoom in further before adding the shapefiles.
