911 address point file...?

where can I find out what fields are needed for a 911 address point file...?

I have a shp file of the centerlines with the streets, from right to right from left.....ect..

wanting put point where building is located and when 911 call comes in display map

zooms to location....

Hey Dewaine,

It usually depends on what kind of mapping software your dispatch center is using.

We were using InterAct before we switch to a different company. My fields that you see in my article, are the fields that we used in InterAct

we only changed mapping software. There are different CADs in our county for example New World or Tiburon.
