Feature Service - no Shapefield visible (e.g. in ArcGIS Online > Show Table and REST)

Dear all,

do anyone know, why in published Feature Services no Shapefields are listet? In ArcMap in the Layer Properties are all fields enabled/set to visible before publishing.
