Are we able to share the beta Scene in arcgis.com publicly?  for whatever reason I am unable to share this publicly and have checked each layer service in the scene to be publicly available.  Here is an item under development http://claremont.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=2324cf5088cc489e87a439f55a4cd8c2

Hi Warren,

Yes, web scenes can be shared publicly. The Beta release of the scene viewer does not contain the same prompt as the map viewer where you are prompted to share all layers at the same level as the map (or web scene).

For your web scene, it looks like the Geology layer is not shared publicly, item id 8f126e1146294b3a8e4136df1fe7e646.
