I have tried the old workflow of adding a WorkSpace to the LocalMapServer and adding the files in via the ArcGISDynamicMapServiceLayer.DynamicLayerInfos but this does not appear to be working as the layer displays nothing.
So what is the best way to display imagery (that a user adds) on an existing map?
Currently we have stopped using the local server where possible so I would love a solution that did not require deploying and starting it up.
