how to add a icon/symbol to a mouse cursor on the map

Hi

I am developing an android app I want an icon/symbol should be displayed with the mouse cursor on the map when the mouse moves to a new x,y this symbol should also move with the moouse finally when the user will choose any location this icon should get displayed as a graphic on the map.

Graphic displayed on the selected point I can do but need help in first part.
