I am given a DEM for a site where each grid cell is 30 square meters. Im also give a layer than contains a city point. A company is willing to pay up to $350 per square meter.
Land costs $100 per grid cell, plus an additional 50 cents per Meter of elevation about sea level.
LAnd costs an additional $30 per grid cell per degree slope
land costs 200 extra in the center of the city, and decreases proportionally in price until it's $0 at the edge of the area of interest (the original dem)
i am to develop a map that shows the portion of the area of interest that could be purchased for under $400 per 30 square meters (each grid cell is 30 square meters)
