I have a feature class with attachments I created on ArcGIS for Desktop, published to ArcGIS Online and shared with my organization. The database was originally developed using the Local Government Model for ArcGIS 10.1. I created a web map with just that one feature service and shared with the organization. I want to be able to view the web map in the Collector for ArcGIS on iPhone and Android devices. For some reason, the attachments I set up on the desktop and published to ArcGIS Online are not visible on the iPhone but I can see them on the Collector for Android devices. If I edit the feature on the iPhone and attempt to add a photo, I see the attachment is there for the user to "download". Why can't I see the tif images on the iphone without having to download them?
Any help you can provide would be appreciated. I can share the web map and feature service if someone is able to take a look.
