On any varioation in size of NHD Flowlines that have successfully had TO/From Node and Hydro ID calculated. Suspecting split flow might be  a problem, I get this same error even when running the tool on a small portion of the data with no split flow (e.g. 10 or 20 stream segments). Is this a new bug in this version of Arc Hydro? (yellow.esri.com - /archydro/archydro/Setup/10.2.x/10.2.0.85/ArcHydroTools10.2x64/
