I need to accumulate upstream attributes for all the NHDPlusV2 catchments in the State of Maine. I have tried to use the tool from Horizon Systems designed to do this, CA3TV2, but it only runs on ArcMap 10.1 and I have 10.2. Does anyone know of a way to get it to run on ArcMap 10.2 or another way of accumulating attributes of upstream catchments?
