I have a question about the granularity of ArcGIS Server security options. I understand that the default server security is on a per map service basis; however I may also plug-in an ASP.NET Identity store and use the membership options and permissions defined there. I would like to know if there is an option, or combination of options, which would allow per layer security rather than per service.
