In other words, with the introduction of the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS, should we still use the previous builders and SDK available to create web applications?
ESRI has selected JavaScript and HTML5 for the web mapping builder. The other options, even if still available and totally, may become obsolete in a near future and force GIS managers to migrate web apps to JS or HTML. What would be your strategy? When to migrate?
In the other hand, if you have the option to start with a blank state: no web application developed yet, but ArcGIS Server setup in a Windows environment, what would be your strategy?
