How to use Geometric Network Incremental Loader

I've found the interface IGeometricNetworkIncrementalLoader and IGNIncrementalLoaderUI in the ESRI.ArcGIS.EditorExt ,but failed to use them.
Was anyone realized the incremental load ? Please give me some help. Thanks!
