les pido me ayuden, tengo un problema con ArcGIS explorer, deseo crear un mapa y al momento que selecciono las capas para agregar el contenido tango como respuesta LA REFERENCIA DEL SERVICIO DE ENTIDADES NO ES VÁLIDO. NO SE PUEDE AGREGAR EL SERVICIO.

Este mensaje lo obtengo al intentar añadir cada capa. No se que debo hacer para que no me aparezca mas este mensaje y pueda crear un mapa en arcgis.explorer. online.
