I have an unusual situation where one of our ArcGIS online users can't get the menus from the AGO basic template (layer list, bookmarks, basemap, etc.) to display using Chrome. We have checked everything we can think of. We finally set him up with Firefox and he is able to see the menus using that browser. He is running Windows XP but we have other users who are also on XP who aren't experiencing this issue.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?
