This happens on any 10.x Arcmap version.

After importing a polygon from a google earth kml, there's an issue when exporting the map to pdf/bmp/png/etc...   with a reversing color fill. It will entirely fill the wrong area. Please refer to the images attached.

I've noticed at 96dpi exports, the fill will remain in its correct form - but any higher, then this issue always crops up and the fill is entirely flipped.

It is possibly a problem with the polygon geometry. Try running Data Management Tools >> Features >> Repair Geometry, and see if that resolves the problem.
If not, you could try exporting to a new shapefile, or put it into a Geodatabase, and see if that helps.

Thankyou for your response.

I want to report it really was easy to fix this using repair geometry tool.

One more comment:

if repair geometry doesn't work - export to shapefile, and if that doesn't work - repair the new shapefile.

This worked when a straightforward repair didn't. thankyou jimcousins
