Polygons slopes from tin file

Hello everyone. I'm a student from Poland and not advanced user in ArcGIS. I've got a problem how to read slope values for polygons. I've got DEM .tin file which contains attributes: elevation, slope, aspect and looks like that:
[ATTACH=CONFIG]34215[/ATTACH]

I created some layers like roofs, roads, grass etc. by polygons. Now my question is: is there any option in ArcGIS to read/import slope values from DEM to every polygon? It could be for example slope from centre point of polygon.[ATTACH=CONFIG]34216[/ATTACH]

I don't know if I write it correctly, but it's my first post. Please help with this.

I would first use the TIN to Raster tool:
