Web Adaptor - 404 error attemting to connect

I unable to connec to my Web Adaptor any  longer.  It's up and running and I can access my REST endpoints, but I get a 404 error when I try to go to the URL on the Web Adaptor machine.  My App Pool user has full control to the WebConfig. config file.  All patches are on all my machines in the site.

Any thoughts on this?  I've called ESRI, but we can't seem to get to the bottom of it.  I was able to access it until last week.  My server was patch this weekend with MS patches.  Could it be a possible patch issue?
