We have setup the print service - and this appears to work OK from the various templates (basic, parcel etc) where we get the option to create an image file or a pdf
However from a map created directly in AGOL - there is no such option and when you press the print button you just get a very basic image of the map dumped to a web page.
Is there a way to get the print services to work from the main map window as well ?
