Export Web Map PDF Feature Missing

I'm using the printing tools to create a web map through a Flex application. When I export PDF map on a A0 paper size template with rotation of 90 degrees, and DPI > 100, I get a parts of the feature missing on the middle of the page. But if this DPI < 100 everything works fine.

I have already followed the instructions on http://support.esri.com/en/knowledgebase/techarticles/detail/40538
and have configured the paper size of my default printer to A0 paper size but the problem still exists.
