I uploaded a map service from arcmap 10.2.1 desktop to arcgis online. the layer displays fine in arcmap, however, the bottom half of my map is cutoff on arcgisonline.
i understand that it will only show 1,000 features. however, the bottom half of the map won't show even when i'm zoomed in at a block level. the north, east, and west side of the map works fine, it's just the bottom half getting cut off. to me, this seems like an extent issue, considering the streets are all cutoff south of mitchell st
