Hi,
I installed ArcMap 10.2 in Windows Server 2012. I am trying to create a service in my organizational account in ArcGIS Online. When I go to file-> sign in [ATTACH=CONFIG]30491[/ATTACH] it just stays loading the sign in window [ATTACH=CONFIG]30492[/ATTACH] and I am not able to write down my username and password.
I uninstall and install ArcMap, I delete Normal mxt, I delete ArcGIS Online folder from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESRI\ArcGIS Online I open port 80 and 443 with an inbound rule, turn off the firewall but the problem persist.
Please, if any one can help, I will appreciate it a lot.
