Symbols not showing at all zoom levels

Hello all,

I'm currently working on developing a website using the javascript api with bing maps as the background layer.
I have a dynamic map service layer that is used to display point data.

The problem I'm running into is that even though the map service is configured to, the point data is not displayed at all extents.
The curious part is that the labels are still displayed.

I've included images to show what I mean

Labels with visible symbols

Labels with no symbols
[ATTACH=CONFIG]30285[/ATTACH]

So the labels are being displayed, but the symbols are not.

Any thoughts?

Hi Aaron,

If you don't mind, could you recreate the issue using http://jsfiddle.net/ ?
It's hard to see what could be causing the problem without any code.
