1) In Maptour template (http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=d4a2705a8b224e71961404542ae94c6f) is limited only 99 objects. Can you raise the limit in ArcGIS online template? I have to do map with 117 objects. This number should be a option you can change trough the interface.
2) If I want open the maptour using URL with one object highlighted, how can I generate this URL. I planning to include maptour into webpage, where every object have more detailed description. So I need functionality to open map with specific object or open detailed info page from map application. Is it possible?

We don't actually plan to raise the limit of 99 points per tour but you can do that with the downloadable, see here.

You can generate the URL to start the Tour on a specific point with the short link button (top right icon > 'Link to current place').

You can insert link to external page in the application title/subtitle or point name/description using regular HTML tags, see here.
