I have enabled caching for my map service in ArcMap 10.1.

I then want to view the cached status in ArcGIS Server Manager 10.1, just to be sure that it has effect, by opening a dialog, called "Cached Status".

Click on the "Show Details" button and it opens a grid with columns for Level, Scale, Size, Expected Tiles etc., but not data is shown. Instead, it shows the text "Unable to retrieve cache status details", in the table grid.
Any ideas what's wrong?
