Hello All,
I am trying to update my license for ArcGIS Server version 10.1 but I am getting an error "Error: 7174: Only deployed entitlement line item can be fulfilled."
My license will expire on this weekend so I am trying to authorize in advance the license . I noticed that our EDN license information is not displaying on customer care portal.
What I found for this error message :
-I researched the error message and found the technical article but its related with Desktop not for the server.
-We have renewed the license details still why this is happening is not sure..
-contacted the support but that guy not able to resolve the issue.

Any help regarding this will be great !!!
