The published mxd is different from the mxd,

The published mxd is different from the mxd,

I tried to publish my mxd (named M5) but sounds that the published service (M5) is different from the M5.mxd

What might be the issue here?

I tried to delete the published M5 Service and re-publish the M5.mxd but sounds not to work. The M5 service and M5.mxd are still different.

I tried to change the name of the mxd file (say M7.mxd) and publish it and sounds to work. The M7.mxd does match the published one

The issue here is that the URL of the published M5.mxd is used by multiple web applications and thus wrong information is displayed.

Thank you
